Located on an incredible agricultural site featuring dramatic western views and a gently rolling landscape, this modern residence is elongated to capture the long horizontal panorama and extend site lines across the land. Bold geometric lines of site walls and patios were extended on the 4’ grid which organizes the residences' architecture.  Terraced decking gently steps with the sloping land and leads to an olympic lap pool that “floats” above the prairie and pours into a 12’ tall water wall above washing over a custom spa. A permeable entry parking court blurs the architectural lines with the grassy landscape. The main entertaining space is centered around a shaded, minimal courtyard with custom drainage features and a specimen tree planted within Vinca ground cover. The composition of sleek, modern architecture set among soft prairie, agricultural plantings and rolling terrain exhibits the beauty of the site
