The Curtis Park residence is a home that stitches together the character and history of the Curtis Park while embracing the modern spirit of the neighborhood and client. R Design led the site planning, and detailing of the pool, courtyards and rooftop gardens. Reclaimed and graffitied brick from three deconstructed homes on the property, raw concrete walls, accent boulders and gnarled trees embrace an elevated pool, steel fireplace and sculpted rooftop terrace. The design celebrates the new and old of Denver with views to the mountains and skyline, indoor-outdoor connections and a friendly front-porch presence.
