Lo Hi Courtyard
Denver’s Lower Highland neighborhood (LOHI) is an eclectic mix of structures, both new and old and sites that vary in scale providing an exciting, vibrant neighborhood. Tucked off of a main neighborhood street along an urban alleyway sits this modestly sized modern steel, concrete and glass residence. Concealed behind 10’ tall raw concrete walls, the courtyard features a custom steel plunge pool and fountain, planters with bamboo, a custom grill and patio for entertaining flanked by the oversized glass doors showcasing the owners car and motorcycle collection. The design showcases the richness and functionality of small, thoughtful spaces.
