Vista Pavilion

Set in a quiet neighborhood with large trees, winding roads and typical 1960’s lots, the Vista Pavilion is quietly tucked into the residential fabric of the neighborhood. The landscape design is a nod to mid-century details and materials with a steel formed concrete wall, bands of ornamental grasses and a 2-track parking court flanking the entry. Several large trees were preserved and additional shrubs were planted to blend into the patterns of the vegetation complimenting the setting and framing views. Patios, parking courts and custom fences were designed and detailed to reverberate the architectural lines which are softened with the textures of the plantings.
